These terms govern your use of zohlink.com and, in general terms, our working relationship as a client. Specific project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are set out separately in individual project proposals or agreements, which take precedence over this page where they differ.
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it. All content on this site — including design, code, copy, and visuals — is the property of Zohlink unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Zohlink provides branding, web design and development, packaging and print, motion and 3D, social and content, and search and growth services. Each engagement is governed by its own proposal or contract covering scope, fees, and timeline.
Unless agreed otherwise in a project contract, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Zohlink retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are defined in individual project agreements. Late payment may result in a pause of work until accounts are settled.
Zohlink provides its services and website “as is” and makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability, but does not guarantee the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Zohlink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
